Join us on a full-day adventure tour to experience the wonders of the Atherton Tablelands Rainforest like never before. The tour begins with a pick-up in the Cairns CBD area or a meet-up at the Scubabo dive center at 7 am. From there, we'll take a scenic drive to the Lake Barrine Tea House, where we'll indulge in delicious morning tea and scones while learning the basics of freediving in a morning theory lesson.

After the lesson, we'll head to the Lake Barrine National Park, where we'll start with a rejuvenating stretching and breathing session on the grass to prepare our bodies and minds for the day ahead. The session will help us develop the necessary skills to improve our freediving technique and increase our breath-hold time.

We'll then continue with a static breath-hold workshop, where you'll learn various techniques to increase your breath-hold time and feel more confident in the water. You'll also have the opportunity to put your new skills into practice with a freediving session later in the day.

Next, we'll embark on a guided boat tour of Lake Barrine, where you'll have the chance to explore the stunning ecosystem and learn about the natural flora and fauna that inhabit it. Our knowledgeable guide will offer insights into the wonders of the rainforest, providing a deeper appreciation for the beauty that surrounds us.

Following the boat tour, we'll break for lunch in the park, allowing you to soak in the peaceful rainforest surroundings. You can also take a short walk to the Kauri Trees and marvel at the towering giants, immersing yourself in the beauty of the rainforest.

The highlight of the day will be the in-water freediving session, where you'll have the opportunity to apply what you've learned in the morning theory lesson and static breath-hold workshop. You'll explore the underwater world of the lake and experience the rainforest from a completely different perspective.

As the day draws to a close, we'll make our way back to Cairns, arriving before 5 pm, marking the end of our unforgettable adventure.
